We have the ability and experience to run materials from the basics (steel, aluminum) to the more difficult materials (stainless steel, titanium). We also work in plastics as well.

Equipment Left to right, top to bottom:

  1. Haas VF2SS CNC controlled Vertical Mill with a 30”(x axis) by 16”(y axis) capability. All material can be milled.

  2. Haas VF3SS CNC controlled Vertical Mill with a 40”(x axis) by 20”(y axis) capability. All material can be milled.

  3. Haas SL-20 CNC controlled Horizontal Slant bed Lathe with collet sizes 1/16” up to 1” with chucking capabilities to 10”  can run round, hex and square stock with all material soft and hard. Single turret with dual spindle set up and live tooling. Single turret with Single Spindle with tail stock abilities.

  4. Hardinge T-65 Conquest CNC controlled Horizontal Slant bed Lathe with collet sizes starting at 1/8” up to 2.5” with chucking capability to 12”. Automatic bar feed up to 2.5” in size, collet and bar feed run round, hex and square stock with all material soft and hard. Single turret with dual spindle set up and live tooling.

  5. 2x Citizen F12 CNC controlled Swiss Screw Machine, up to ½” Capacity Soft material round stock (Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Plastics Etc.) with Dual Turret, Single Spindle tooling make up with live tooling ability.

  6. Citizen F16 CNC controlled Swiss Screw Machine, up to 5/8” capacity soft material round stock (Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Plastics Etc.) with Dual Turret, Single Spindle tooling make up with live tooling ability.

  7. Citizen L20 CNC controlled Swiss Screw Machine, up to 7/8” capacity soft and hard material in round, square and hex form (Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminum, Copper, Plastics etc.) Live and gang tooling with dual spindle and back working capabilities.

  8. Citizen E32 CNC controlled Swiss Screw Machine, up to   1 ¼” capacity soft and hard material in round, square and hex form (Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminum, Copper, Plastics etc.) dual turret, dual spindle with live tooling ability.

  9. Brown & Sharpe CMM used for quality assurance testing as well as design. Accurate readings up to .00001
